About – Ajman Uptown

In 2007 – against my better judgement, I purchased a property in the UAE – specifically in the Emirate of Ajman.  A 1500 villa project, Ajman Uptown by a developer called Real Estate. Fyi, I don’t live in the UAE.

This is a record of the disaster that it has turned out to be, for me.  I hope to upload some resources for other potential buyers of property in the UAE.  It won’t help those of us who’ve already fallen in the trap – but should give any new buyers reason to pause &/or if absolutely determined to go ahead, help you ask the right questions.

A number of these issues can all be traced back to rogue developers, running much faster than the regulators.
